      <image:title>Clinicians - Jessica Bloomfield, Psy.D.</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Bloomfield (she/her/hers) earned her master’s and doctorate from the University of Denver. She completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a postdoctoral fellowship with Southeast Psych, also in Charlotte. In addition to being licensed in Colorado, Dr. Bloomfield participates in PSYPACT, allowing her to see clients in most states via telehealth. Dr. Bloomfield sees ages 10 through adulthood and uses an eclectic approach to treatment, tailoring the intervention to the needs and wants of each client. She is collaborative and empowers clients and caregivers to develop and utilize their strengths while creating a space to share and work through painful emotions and issues in their lives. Dr. Bloomfield treats issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia and helps clients and family members navigate challenges and stressors in their lives. She is additionally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia (CBTI). In her spare time, Dr. Bloomfield can be found looking for any excuse to be in the woods, with trail running, hiking, and camping being top contenders. She also loves reading fiction, and savors time at home with her husband and two kids. <image:title>Clinicians - Phebe Davis, MA, LPC, NCC</image:title>
<image:caption>Phebe (she/her/hers) earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She completed her clinical internships at Southeast Psych and Atrium Health’s Employee Assistance Program, both in Charlotte, NC. Phebe believes therapy works best when it feels human, so she aims to bring authenticity, warmth, and a bit of personality into the room to help create a comfortable space for vulnerability and growth. She works with children, teens, and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, academic and career stress, body image concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and sleep challenges. Her approach is integrative, often working through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens with clients of all ages, and using Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) with younger clients. For sleep difficulties, she is trained in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I). She focuses on meeting each client and family where they are, working collaboratively to develop treatment goals that are both supportive and tailored to their needs. She aims to build trusting relationships by centering each client’s strengths, values, and unique lived experiences. When not at work, Phebe feels recharged by working on word games, going to yoga, and spending time outside at the park. One of her guilty pleasures is watching reality TV dating shows. <image:title>Clinicians - Sarah Andress, MSW, LCSW</image:title>
<image:caption>Sarah (she series) earned her MSW from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, and completed her clinical internships with USC’s Center for Disability Resources and Lexington Medical Center. She is licensed in Colorado and South Carolina. Sarah specializes in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and those navigating difficult life transitions or burnout. In therapy she uses a person centered approach to collaborate with clients to explore why and how patterns developed, and how to begin creating new ones that honor their needs and values. Sarah currently works with teens and adults, helping them reconnect with themselves; their emotions, their bodies, and their inner sense of safety. Her work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing is not about control or perfection, but about learning to listen and respond to yourself with care. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time outside with her dogs, doing hot yoga, and putting together Legos.
