Do you offer in person or online therapy?

Both! We offer in-person sessions and secure online therapy for clients located in Colorado. Virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions and offers added flexibility.

Getting started is simple—reach out via email or phone (720-460-0543) to schedule a consultation. We’ll briefly discuss your needs and determine if you or your family member are a good fit with one of our clinicians before booking your first session.

Session fees vary depending on the type of service and experience of the provider. Therapy costs range from $165-225 per session and we do accept some insurance. Visit our Fees page to learn more about costs for therapy and assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions about Fees

  • We accept some insurance; all our providers accept Aetna and Sarah Andress, LCSW, also accepts BCBS, Cigna, Carelon, and Quest Behavioral Health.

    If your clinician does not take your insurance, we can provide documentation called “superbills” that you can submit directly to your insurance company if you qualify for out-of-network coverage.

  • An out-of-network provider does not bill your insurance directly, but many plans offer partial reimbursement. We can provide a superbill to help you access those benefits.
