Therapy is a sacred space that allows people to heal from life events and learn to manage the emotions that make us human. Whether they are coping with mental illness, facing traumas or stressors, looking for skills and strategies, or simply in need of a safe and nonjudgmental place to talk and be themselves, therapy creates opportunities to work through adversity and learn tools to feel empowered.

At Bloomfield Psychology we see clients ages five through adulthood.  Our clinicians draw from various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  Some of the issues we treat include:​​
